How to overclock your cpu?

Just raise your FSB to overclock your Duron. Don't raise it too much tho. And make sure your RAM can take it.

I got mine up to 1846MHz (From 1596MHz). I then turned it back down to 1800 where it sits now.

Hmmm mine is @ 1.79ghz... because at 1.8... my video would act weird @ times.

I got my PC from "Rent a Center" and I got the restore CD's and "Learning about my Presario" CD, but nothing for my Motherboard. I forgot the name of it... It's Something 2.... I went into the bios and it said Duron 900/100 or something like that so the second number would be the FSB? My HDD was set to Quiet Mode in the BIOS, so I changed it to Proformance and now everthing starts faster...

the early durons ran at 100FSB AFAIK, mine never booted when i increaserd the fsb though

The Option is not in the BIOS... I thought I could change it but it was a "System Info" Screen... Oh Well
