I have tried to install Windows 98 FE [Traditional Chinese] on the English version,and I want to upgrade the language.After the third restart,I recieve a fatal error,it says You have Restore a good Registry.This is very terrible because I need a first Edition.Could someone tell me how to Install it?
After I upgrade,I tried another way.I used the Windows 98 FE Boot disk and want to install it with bootdisk.When I want to lauch "setup.exe",it tells me "Bad command or file name".I use “dir"command to check the files,but I even can see the "setup.exe" file!Why I cannot lauch it?I can copy and lauch these files when I am running Windows 98 FE English

I remember that the ISO file has been distributed for a long time, but it is difficult to obtain a Setup Disk suitable for that version.

Can a mod fix this? There's a English language label on Windows 98 First Edition [Norwegian] (OEM).

@1ClickInfo Only the version labeled as "OEM Full" is bootable according to this page, others require a boot disks with MS-DOS 7.1(For Reatail Full), or Windows 3.1x/95.(For Retail/OEM upgrade.)
