Downloading the WIndows 3.1 DDK failed for me when I used IPFS; it told me/firefox the download was complete even though I only got 30 megs. I had better luck with a regular download (using Julian, I think?). The page here says that it's 90.22MB, but when I downloaded it Explorer said it was 88,110kb and Firefox said it was 86MB. I didn't see any errors when I extracted it from 7z, though. Didn't try the SDK beta, the SDK archive downloaded and extracted just fine.
I see that issue too, but I'm not familiar with "IPFS" so I'm not quite sure how to correct that.
