It all has to do with security... do you want to be secure?
Well that's not why I almost always use FireFox.
It's not my main concern. Maybe IE would be
better for that. Here's an excerpt of an article in
today's edition of Langa List:
"For example, between July 1 and December 31,
2004, Symantec documented 13 serious
vulnerabilities affecting Microsoft Internet Explorer,
but found 21 vulnerabilities affecting each of the
Mozilla-based browsers."

I'm going to try an upgrade on a second primary
partition and see how I like it. I'm old and don't
like change much. I've installed SP2 about ten
times and always took it back off. Thanks for
getting lazy me to think about it.

anywho, i've been using 1.0 PR for a while... i haven't noticed any security issues..... i suppose i might try the new version on the p4, but isn't it slower then previous versions?
however on the server, i've been using IE 6! oh noes!
hehe its fine as long as you keep it in check..... i've been going to a variety of websites in it and i haven't had any adware :P though don't think i'm defending IE! but it is nice to just click on it and have it come up instantly, i really wish firefox would speed up... its not so bad on the p4... but still slower...
:-| i'll probably upgrade the p4.. but keep the same firefox on the server
Well I just heard of one problem. Keep working
trainer4.
"If you use Firefox 1.0.1 or 1.0.2 as your browser, be aware of a new security vulnerability that can disclose sensitive information that's in memory (such as passwords and usernames you entered on Web pages). This article includes a link to a test by which you can determine whether your system is vulnerable:"
