And a HP 150-specific version of Timeline from Breakthrough Software on 3.5" media. (The HP 150 is a ~1983 MS-DOS, non IBM-compatible touch screen computer). They have it listed as a "Game". http://www.ebay.com/itm/TIMELNE-TIME-LI ... 2679wt_864
A large lot of Zenith software, including what looks like Windows 1.x or 2.x. If you look closely, these appear to have been used with a Z-200 (286 machine). Most are labeled "Z-100 PC", which means they are not for the Z-100, but rather the later Zenith PC compatibles. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Large-VTG-lot-o ... t_2968wt_0
Sperry OEM MS-DOS 3.1: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Sperry-PC-IT-Di ... t_62wt_864
Yes, the same Sperry brand as on the Univac. At some point they briefly made PCs compatibles under that brand. Probably bog-standard MS-DOS, but a nice looking disk set. I think the Sperry PC OEM MS-DOS or diagnostic has not been archive anywhere yet.
There is a 1984 dated Microsoft Word for DOS, probably version 1.1: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Microso ... _402wt_864
The disks omit the version number, but they show the file dates as early 1984, which is earlier than Microsoft Word 1.15 for DOS here on Winworld. Only includes the "backup" Disk 1, and no manual.
Microsoft Typing Tutor, IBM Education Series by IBM, 1981: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Typin ... 33a179e1f9
I would really like to see this one properly archived. I would have thought this would have already been archived somewhere, but apparently not.
PFS Report and PFS File for the TRS-80 Model 4/IV, all the way from down under: http://www.ebay.com/itm/TRS-80-Model-4- ... 4194c12616
The TRS-80 Model 4s had some good business software written for them, it would be good to have those archived if no one else has them.
Finally someone listed some Microsoft Show Partner disks, but this guy wants $299 for them! And they don't even have the manual! Without the mouse or manuals, this lone set is worth perhaps $10.: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-1986-Mi ... d#ht_0wt_0
IBM Data Edition (This seller seems to think IBM is Microsoft): http://www.ebay.com/itm/Microsoft-Data- ... ht_475wt_0
If you want you own "Data Edition" here is your chance. Whatever that is. Still haven't gotten a chance to dig in to mine and find out what it is all about.
And for something completely different, if you ever wanted to store software a bit at a time by hand, up hill both ways in the snow, here is your chance with a genuine PDP-8 era manual paper tape punch! http://www.ebay.com/itm/PDP-8-Digital-E ... _398wt_864
Never seen this retail packaging before for Windows. It's dated 1987 so my initial thought was Windows 2.0 as my Win 2.1/286 and 386 retail copies are 1988. However the screenshots I can see a little on the box look closer to what Win 1.0 was although the packaging for Win 1.0 was completely different (i.e. blue box with earlier MS logo). Maybe it's a repackaged Win 1.04?
There is a whole pile of business, financial, and development software for IBM PC CPM-86 tonight. I dare say these will sell for way more than anyone here can afford, but there are interesting to gawk at nonetheless.
Some of these titles are certainly extremely rare, and they look to be unopened too.
That GraphPlan looks very interesting, as it uses Digital Research's GSX, a core graphics system that evolved in to GEM.
And here is a missed one that already got grabbed up , but is still interesting, Microsoft Word 2.0 for DOS: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Microso ... ht_903wt_0
We still need this for Winworld. I believe this version is copy protected, so a Kryoflux/SCP/Transcopy would be needed to fully archive it.
IBM Current Personal Info Manager: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vtg-Sealed-1991 ... 2280wt_836
The requirments say it is for Windows 3.0, but the screen shots on the box look like Windows 2.x.
Since it says "DOS" on the front, it possibly is a Windows 2 application that includes a Windows 2 runtime, but marketed as compatible with Windows 3.0.
Stoneware DB MASTER Version 3 for the Apple II http://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-II-DB-MAS ... t_22wt_874

Aldus Pagemaker for PC Introduction Presskit, 1986: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aldus-Pagemaker ... t_66wt_874
Not exactly software, but a historically important item, as PageMaker for the PC was one of the first Windows applications.
A Microsoft Multiplan "Demonstration Kit" for the Apple II: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vtg-Microsoft-M ... 485wt_1256
I'm guessing this would contain some kind of sales floor automated demo. But it looks like it may contain a bit more than that.
A couple interesting things on eBay tonight:
A large set of Apple Macintosh 3.5" disks: http://www.ebay.com/itm/apple-macintosh ... #ht_38wt_0
This lot also includes a couple of keyboards and mice, but they have "make an offer", so they might possibly be willing to seperate them out.
MicroPro "STARCARD" for CP/M: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Starcard-MicroP ... t_2818wt_0
Oddly I hadn't heard of this one before. This is apparently a system disk for a Z-80 CP/M Apple II expansion card. The MicroPro STARCARD is a MicroPro rebranded PCPI AppliCard, that also sold as the Franklin ACE-80.
