    I got an old laptop:

    - 486 - 77 Mhz
    - 24 (!) mb RAM (strange for a 486)
    - 2 GB HD (?!?!?!)
    - 3.5 Floppy
    - OS: Ms-DOS 6.2 with Windows 3.1 shell

Actually when I got it it had Win 95, but since then I installed every OS that can be installed of floppies lol ! All Ms-DOS versions, all Windows floppy versions, Tiny Linux, FreeBSD 5.2.

That's not strange, once I had 64Mb on my AMD 486DX5-133.
And how you've made it to run at 77MHz?

    Sorry, it's a 486DX - 100
  • Maybe its 75MHz but the BIOS detects it as 77MHz.
